TURNING PARTICLES INTO 3D OBJECTS WITH SLS RAPID PROTOTYPING

Layer by layer, a high-power laser cures nylon or other plastic particles and shapes to a solid object. This laser executes a computer-based CAD file to precision, scans cross-sections, and once it concludes the first layer, it continues with the next one until the final product, large or small, is output.
